I think it's OK to do it if you want to lose weight quick, but in a magazine that same detox diet came out. It explained that this diet is not bad if done correctly and if it's just to give you a jump start in a healthy life style. Which means you lose the weight but then you start eating and exercising correctly, how your supposed to. it's a crash diet if you do it then go back to eating unhealthy or not exercising.
